The Crown Room is a beautiful place to hold your
wedding reception and is designed in beautiful classical
architectural design features and subtle, understated
traditional furnishings - a quality wedding site in the
Brownsburg area.

The Crown Room is ideal for wedding receptions

banquets and even brunches. It can comfortably
accommodate 180 people.

It is fully air-conditioned and impeccably decorated,
including: a grand foyer, parlor, reception room with
fireplace, and elevator. It also features handicapped
accessible restrooms and a prep kitchen. It is elegantly
appointed with exquisite Waterford chandeliers, Palladian-
mirrored windows, a completely integrated sound system, and
quality carpeting. Adequate parking surrounds the facility with
handicapped parking.

Typically we recommend you to come out the room and take a
look so we can discuss the details and review pricing. The
room is rented for ONLY one special wedding per day giving
you total exclusivity for the entire day -and the room rental
includes up to 8 hours! Included in the room rental is 8 hours,
tables, chairs, chair covers, centerpieces, a baby grand piano,
dance floor, fire place & sitting area, a bridal suite, AV equipment,
sound system, and room set up & tear down.

We work closely with your other wedding vendors to
help ensure that things go seamless! One of the major
benefits of booking with The Crown Room is the
catering aspect. At some places you are locked in to
their kitchen and prices, leaving you not much room
for flexibility. At The Crown Room we allow you to
bring any licensed caterer of your choice giving
you more control over your budget. We do not allow
any hard liquor under any circumstance. We work with
several of the area’s best DJ’s, Bakeries, and Florist to be able to recommend the finest to you.

Depending upon room needs the price can fluctuate. I would love to talk with you in more detail about this. What is your budget? To give you a ballpark idea…. usually, the room rental is upwards of $2,500, everything above is included in the room and there are NO EXTRAS!
